Menéres 612 is currently the office of the English fintech Revolut. It is a modern, completely modular office space with 3450 m2 divided in 2 floors that fits 430 workstations. This rehabilitated former canned food factory preserved many of the originals traces of the building combining modern finishes with an unique personality.

It is an autonomous building with 3 facades and 3 distinct independent entrance, located in a premium area in south Matosinhos, close to the beach and with amazing transport facilities.

It benefits from large patios and natural light, with excellent sun exposure. All spaces were designed in a flexible and modular construction approach, making it adjustable to the client's changing needs. Currently it has 3 outdoor patios, several meal areas with equipped kitchens and lounge/social areas.
