Joana d’Arc is a new office development that strengthens the business activity of Matosinhos Sul. Located in the former building of the historic Joana d’Arc canned fish factory, the project transformed the former industrial space into a contemporary and sustainable building, while preserving the original façades and the architectural spirit of the former factory.

The result is a complex with more than 8,000 m² of total area, comprising approximately 4,500 m² of office space, extensive outdoor areas and around 3,600 m² of parking, with capacity for over 100 vehicles.

Developed specifically for Spaces, the premium brand of the IWG group, the new Spaces Matosinhos — the first of the brand in the north of the country — positions itself as a leading business hub, designed to accommodate more than 140 national and multinational companies and to generate over 500 jobs.
